Check in time is after 2pm – Check out time is before 10am.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A 50% is required to secure your booking and the balance can be paid by cash or card (1% surcharge) on your arrival.

Once a deposit is paid, the duration of the stay & guest numbers can be increased but not reduced (pending availibility).

*For group bookings, the outstanding balance (50%) is due 14 days prior to your stay and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We have a No Cancellation Policy – guests will be charged the total amount of the booking if they cancel anytime.

Depending on the cancellation request and availability, your deposit maybe transferred to another date, at the owners discretion.

Owners discretion used; their decision is final.

COVID credit notes have a 12 month expiry and cannot be redeemed for cash or further credit.

Wheelchair Access

MARDI Cottage is set up as an accessible cottage with easy ramp access and a bathroom that complies with requirements; grab rails, shower seat, lower basin height etc.
